補充 Chaddock test 是 Babinski 的替代測試，都是檢查 upper motor neuron lesion

Chaddock test is an alternative to the Babinski reflex. Both reflexes test the integrity of the corticospinal tract(CST). Both reflexes are easy to optain as the don't require major cooperation from the patient. 6a0acda719048.jpg
