本質

受到細菌毒素（Leukotoxin）作用後的：

退化性嗜中性球（Degenerate neutrophils）

顯微鏡特徵

• 細胞核拉長

• 核染色質濃縮

• 外觀呈細長橢圓形

• 類似燕麥粒（oat grain）

APP跟Mannheimia haemolytica(牛運輸熱主要病原之一)的病變很相似(纖維素性胸膜肺炎)
而且也會出現燕麥細胞(oat-shaped cell)
但APP的病灶主要是在膈葉 (隔夜燕麥...)
Mannheimia haemolytica主要分布於尖、心葉
ㅤㅤ
加碼：Mycoplasma mycoides ssp. mycoides (牛接觸性胸膜肺炎)也會導致纖維素性胸膜肺炎，但主要病變在膈葉，且通常呈單側性分佈(考過)
