2. Consider a closed-economy Solow growth model with a Cobb-Douglas production function: $$Y = K^{\alpha} L^{1-\alpha}, \quad 0 < \alpha < 1$$ where Y is total output, K is the capital stock, and $L$ is the number of workers available. The population grows at a constant rate $n > 0$. Capital accumulates according to: $$\dot{K} = I - \delta K$$ where I denotes total investment and $\delta > 0$ is the constant depreciation rate of capital. National saving $S$ is assumed to be a constant fraction of output and is given by: $$S = sY$$ where $s \in (0,1)$ is the savings rate, we assume that all savings are fully invested in capital accumulation. Answer the following questions:

(c) Derive the Golden Rule savings rate in this Solow growth model. (10%)
