請針對這個議題寫一篇英文作文，文分兩段。第一段根據下方對比圖片，描述颱風假時， 實際上可能出現的兩種不同情景；第二段說明你對放颱風假的看法與經驗。

Not everyone enjoys a typhoon break, and I am one of them. I don’t think it’s something to celebrate, because in Taiwan, typhoons have destroyed many homes and affected many lives. During typhoons, it’s important to stay safe and well-prepared. Make sure to store some drinking water and canned food in advance, since you never know when the storm will strike. Although some people still ride motorcycles or go out to feel the rain on their hands, it is very dangerous and should be avoided.

So, how can we check the weather? The answer is simple: turn on your TV and watch the news. By doing so, you’ll know whether it’s safe to go outside. This information is important for both you and your family. If you really need to go out, make sure to take an umbrella and let your parents know. Stay safe!
