Besides shortening the distance between Taipei and Yilan, it has also brought a tremendous number of tourists to Yilan. Especially over the weekends, famous tourist spots, night markets, restaurants, and souvenir shops in Yilan are always crowded with visitors. Although this increase in tourist inflow has helped boost Yilan’s economy, it has also affected the lives of local people there.

2. One fantastic way of visiting Alaska is by taking a cruise as its coastline is one of the most beautiful waterways in the world. As you begin the voyage from Vancouver in Canada and then sail along Alaska’s Marine Highway, you will be able to visit several lovely cities and towns such as Ketchikan, Juneau, and Skagway. Further to the north, you will even cross Glacier Bay, where you can explore its national park with abundant wildlife and tidewater glaciers.
