However, it has been found that Al's progress has lagged in many companies. For exarple, the self-driving lorry firm Starsky Robotics based in San Francisco, closed down in March 2020. Its founder, Stefan Seltz-Axmacher, stated that the driverless cars show the limits of today's AI. To effectively develop AI-based driverless cars, what people, organization, and technology issues need to be addressed? (15%) Considering the driverless cars, what trends do you see pushing or hindering innovation in AI technologies? (5%)

5. Fake news has long been a problem, but it becomes incteasingly critical when it spreads on social media. Can you identify what do consuming news on social media differ from other media providing news (e.g. TV news, newspapers, and news websites)? 2.甲在乙保險公司之業務員丙招揽下,訂立意外保險契約。某日未成年人丁,在其父戊人睡後,駕駛 之汽車外出購買宵夜,不慎與甲駕駛之汽車相撞,導致甲胸部嚴重挫傷、肋骨斷裂、氣胸。之後甲與丙聯 络理賠事宜時,卻因傷害等級未有共識而延宕。某次協商中,甲怒責丙「就是有你們這種人保險業形象才 會這樣!」丙遂記根在心,故意拖延理賠鑑定程序,導致甲無法及時取得理賠進行自費手術,傷勢加劇, 肺部功能永久損傷,精神亦遭受極大痛苦。某日甲與两再次就理賠問題協商,雙方一言不合,丙毆擊甲之 頭部,殊不知甲之頭蓋骨先天較常人脆弱,甲因腦部受創而癱瘓。甲之父已親眼見到甲歷經理赔拖延與被 毆,在精神上亦極為痛苦。據上事實,甲、已可否就财産上與非财產上損失,向丁、戊·乙、丙求償?(35 分)
