A person who drives a small vehicle or motorcycle using a forged, altered, orfraudulently obtained driver's license shall be subject to (A) a fine andimmediate prohibition from driving (B) drivers under 18 years old and theirlegal representatives or guardians shall simultaneously undergo a road trafficsafety course (C) all of the above.
