Should civilian yield the priority seat for someone needed on any public transportation?Because it dosen't mean that he's really fine while he looks good.However,if you have no sickness or ill,you need to yield the seat to the handicapped,pregnant,or the elderly,this is an acceptable and ethic-permitted choice.
